Really don't appreciate how they asked me if I wanted whipped cream and sprinkles on my birthday cake frost order for my kiddo,... I said yes please! And got the order and no freaking sprinkles AT ALL and nearly no whipped cream. I already tipped but I hadalready waited 20 minutes for it, I'm just not going here again. The drinks are often overly sweet. For me it's a big miss, a McDonald's of coffee drinks posited like a gourmet. If you love... boxed foods and fast food it could be your thing though. It's cool they do fund raising. Don't give straws automatically! In theend though the coffee is just not real coffee for real coffee drinkers... it's a fast food imposter. I was ROBBED here this morning for $4.25 for a Café Americano after asking for 5 sugars in my Americano of which they DID NOT... put in....the Americano was undrinkable so I returned to get another Cup of which they REFUSED to make a new cup they said theywould give me 5 sugars to add myself and said NO you should make me a new Cup...of which I pointed out on the bottom of the Cupit states "Guaranteed to Satisfy" and again I asked for a freshly made Cup of what I originally Paid $3.25 plus $1.00 tip...OFWHICH AGAIN THEY REFUSED...SO YES I WAS ROBBED $4.25. A undrinkable cup of coffee that went in the trash. And to Add insult toinjury... this 2nd time thru I had to wait 15-20 minutes in line as someone ordered 8 different drinks. MY ABSOLUTELY LAST EVERDUTCH BROS EXPERIENCE.. If I want this kind of treatment by Coffee service employees I will just go back to Starbucks where theCoffee is far more Superior... I mean come on Dutch Bros employees this IS NOT Rocket Science or Quantum Physics it's Coffeejust Listen to THE customer when they order a coffee.... If I could give 5 negative Stars I WOULD...
