They did not deliver the main course of a catering order. They then were unable to refund it. So they told me they would write... me down for next time. Next time came around, the refused to make it right. They literally fought me over a plate of orangechicken. I was told that their employees don't remember my call or order. Of course they don't! They have lives. Nobody shouldbe remembering in their minds that they Owe another business in town money...so weird. Read more
I?ve given this location 2 chances now - both horrible experiences. 1st time I was here I wanted to order the spring rolls,... however looking at it, the only ones out in the tray were burnt and overcooked. So when the cashier asked if I wanted anythingelse, I very nicely asked if they could bring out new spring rolls for me to order since the ones available were badly burnt.She blank face said to me ?no? and that was that. I didn?t say another word about it and didn?t order the rolls. Before anyoneassumes, this was several hours before they would close. I did not arrive minutes before closing. Second experience I ordered aplate. Honey sesame chicken was over cooked and dry (with 2 total flimsy burnt green beans). Beef and broccoli was justbroccoli. There was one little piece of beef in there. Rice was harder than what?s normal. Oh, and there was a single randomchunk of orange chicken in the middle of rice? Noodles were the only thing that came out okay. I don?t know why this locationsets such a low standard for quality and customer service, but they do. Will not recommend this place, during the peak time they don?t have any dishes ready. They want you to pay for your order in... advance before their chef makes it, their chef will start making a menu item after about ten orders for that item. Thus, theywant to make you wait moreover, they are not clear on if I can?t wait too long and want to cancel my order. Never seen suchunprofessional behavior. Will not recommend to anyone. Read more
some guy came in after me and called the cops on the workers because the lobby was closed and he didn?t want to go through the... drive thru. workers were so nice and patient and one of them was very cute and gave me a free drink and orange chicken (sorry iwas a vegetarian.) the staff here deserves better and i also think they should be allowed to accept tips. This location used to have many other options. The last few times they only had about 3 or 4 entree choices and the staff are so... rude.
