The Starbucks is right over by my house, but I would much rather drive all the way over to the Oakway location due to constant... missing items/incorrect items, way too many eye rolls, and rude comments from staff. Read more
It's a great place to relax i'll recommended
Probably the worst and most unusual Starbucks I have ever been in. We were traveling through Eugene and decided to stop for... coffee and check our email. Ordering and coffee was fine. The unusual part was the bathrooms. One was marked employees only(employees must have to go alot to have a bathroom of their own). The other was locked. Girl behind the counter said someone wasusing the bathroom and had a 10 minute limit. We were there over 10 minutes. I finally knocked on the door no answer. I'mthinking they keep it locked so they don't have to clean it. Anyway we decided to leave and went across the street and used thefacilities at the Fred Meyer. Read more
