Food taste like it been cook in old oil ever time I go there.
While I have no idea what the atmosphere is like because I went through the drive-thru I can speak to the quality of the food... and service. The drive-thru was fairly quick because we were the inly ones in line. As for the taste of the food I can say ILOVE Church's coleslaw and always have! The fried okra is really good, also. However, the chicken here was VERY disappointing. Igrew up eating Church's Chicken but in a different city so I was happy to find out there was a location close to where I livenow. Unfortunately, the chicken at this location tastes NOTHING like it does at many of the other locations I've been to. Theyall taste the same which is great! But, the skin/chicken here had a very odd flavor (maybe different grease used to fry it) andthe tenders were SO TOUGH I could not eat them. When we called after we were able to eat dinner they were closed. So weattempted to call the next evening but they would not answer the phone. So my sister and son went back up there and the managerdid offer to replace the tenders but not the sides. So we were prepared to pay for those again when he did offer to throw in oneside at no charge. While I really appreciated him replacing the food (though according to my sister he didn't seem to happyabout it), esp. since it cost me over 30.00 I was still very disappointed that the chicken had the same odd flavor. If I returnto this location I will likely only order the coleslaw which is all I ate from there (besides a little bit of okra). I dounderstand franchises can do things somewhat differently but considering I've been to many locations which all had the samegreat chicken flavor I believe it's just this location that does something different enough that I won't be returning (unlessit's for the coleslaw!!). Employees are very polite, chicken tenders were great, and overall cleanest churchs ive been to in a while, never change
Horrible service and horrible food.when you ask for fresh chicken they won?t make your food fresh at all ,on top of that I... asked for hot sauce they gave me texas Pete hot sauce instead of the churches chicken hot sauce, Ridiculous!!! Management andworkers are horrible. Read more
