My family and I are from Midland. We walked into Texan Kitchen and clearly gave off the "tourist" vibe. We were kindly greeted... by a regular named Miss Linda. She was a sweetheart and told us to sit down anywhere and that the waitress walked to the kitchenreally quick. We sat down and our waitress, V, greeted us. She was just as much of a sweetheart and took great care of us. Ourfamily loved the cafe immediately due to the small town vibe. The food was also delicious. We had the Hobo Breakfast plate,Fried Catfish, and Chicken Fried Steak. We will definitely be back the next time we're in the HEB area. Read more
