Maybe the worst of the McDonalds in this area. Consistently slow, understaffed, ice cream is always broken and they frequently... say ?we ran out of food?. It is the strangest thing and I strongly recommend you pick a different restaurant - Burger King,Culver?s and others are within 2 min drive and consistently better. Read more
This location is poorly equipped for dine in customers, and occasionally closes the dining area during operational hours with no... warning or signs. This location is seemingly geared towards drive thru customers, but not even able to do that accurately or ina timely manner. Rude managers and under trained staff. Locked the door at 3:45 on a Saturday 1 customer before us and one after. We were dining in, service was terrible. Took a long... time, there was a lot of confusion in the kitchen. We got cold food, ice cold fries. He put the fries back in the bin shootthem around and gave them back. Watched them dump a whole frie basket in the trash, he was more concerned with his cell phone.The people behind us had problems too. Unusual for us at this location. Read more
I just tried to get food at 10:13pm and was told that they were closed early due to short staffing. As I drove passed the... drive-thru window I saw five employees all standing together talking/mingling. I'm not a rocket scientist, but I can tell youthat I was just lied to and none of the workers wanted to make food or do their job. They were coasting through the last hour oftheir shifts before it was really time to close. It takes a lot for me to leave a review, but after a long day of work and justwanting to get something quick to eat, this really sent me over the edge. I hope in the future this doesn't occur anymore andthat this problem is resolved. It's also 10:32pm as I write this review and miraculously they are all still mingled andtalking. Smdh. Read more
