Menu for Basin Park Hotel in Eureka Springs, AK

We stopped in at the Balcony Restaurant for appetizers and drinks. We were told to seat ourselves and after waiting quite some... time, we had to flag someone down for service. Once our server arrived, she was friendly and mostly prompt. She did forget toadd chicken to our nachos as requested but she did discount the shrimp appetizer when we told her the shrimp were a little extra"fishy" and we weren't going to risk eating them after the first bite. Our other appetizer ended up being perfect and the beerswere cold. The view from the balcony is great and the misters were a delightful reprieve from the hot, humid summer day. Great food and drinks! Friendly servers and bartenders. My wife and I make a point to always stop here for a bite to eat and get... a drink or two whenever we are in the neighborhood. I would recommend this place to anyone. Family friendly too! There arealways children and infants here. Nice view from the deck outside the bar/restaurant. Read more

I love the historical building. It was a very fun place to stay! The elevator is so slow we ended up using the stairs for our... entire stay and we were on the 4th floor. But what good exercise! I highly recommend staying here. Read more

Bed is big and comfy, hard but that?s my level of comfort Shower was dual head and amazing for a couple Jacuzzi in room was... nice, balcony was as well They leaf blow the court yard at 7am and you will hear it so prepare for that The restaurant took areally really long time both times we went, I don?t think they have a very good rhythm there, food was good though when youfinally get it. Went to the spa and they were amazing, the messages were around $75 or so. They were very nice and kept itrelaxing. The parking is off site and a couple blocks away, but they have a shuttle to get you back and forth. Best part ofthe hotel is the location being near all the stores and bars. Read more

My first visit to Eureka Springs and I?ve already found my go-to hotel for future visits. The staff is all super friendly and... helpful. The old building shows its age, but it has aged well. I?ve stayed at other older hotels and they all felt rundown - notso at Basin Park. And combined with how friendly and attentive the staff is, it almost feels like you?re stepping back in timehere. You can?t beat the location, the bed was great, and the views are some of the best in town. I will definitely stay hereagain. Read more
