We had a woman employee named Brenda making sandwiches for my wife and kids and did a Awsome job, polite and courteous. So this evening my girlfriend and I both placed separate mobile orders. I ordered the sweet onion steak teriyaki on cheese... bread. Right after I placed my order. They called me to tell me they were out of chicken, after checking my order again, Iordered the steak so I'm not sure why they called me. My girlfriend ordered a turkey sandwich and as we were walking out thedoor they called her to tell her they were out of turkey. When we arrived at the store to pick up our orders an hour and a halfbefore they closed, I noticed that the entire assembly line or the majority of the assembly line had already been broken downand almost everything was put away. So I wonder if they were actually out of turkey, or if they just didn't want to geteverything out to make the sandwich. One of the largest or one of the largest sandwich shops around, in a town of less than1,000 people, should never run out of ingredients. Pretty sad. This is one of the many reasons I rarely come here. Read more
