Love Dunkin but wish the franchise owners at this specific location would not train new employees at 7:30am on a work day. It... makes it very hard for people to wait 25/30 minutes to get a coffee. Training should be done on days and during times where thecrowds are not this way, especially during rush hour times. Poor decision by management to throw their new employees to thewolves with almost no help. Line stacks up and makes me not want to give it a chance when I?m in a rush. Who has that long towait for coffee? Worst part is after waiting that long, we get our coffees, drive away and notice the new girl is only puttingone single pump of flavor into everyone?s coffee. So I waited 30 minutes for a coffee I could?ve made at home. It?s obvious thatthe management here are not worried about training their employees and it shows. Went to this location for the first time. Not a great experience. Ordered 2 small coffees and 2 donuts. Got charged for a dozen... donuts. Finally got that straightened out. Cup lids were leaking, so coffee all over our clothes. Ended up throwing the coffeein the trash because it was so bitter you couldn't drink it. Not sure how you mess up 2 small coffees and donuts, but they did.Then sat and listened to who I think was a manager, berate and embarress an elderly man because he didn't use his app correctly,while 5 or 6 people waited in line. Worst experience ever. Went on Sunday at 10 o'clock to get donuts. There was about 10 people in line in front of me. Line never... moved for 20 minutes while I stood there. Two people ahead of us walked out. Manager, Sandy, was busy socializing with all theworkers rubbing their backs joking with them. For 20 minutes no one ever took anybody's order at the counter while we waited.The same people were there when we walked out 20 minutes later. We approach the manager who could care less that people werewalking out. She made no attempt to try to direct her employees to help people in a quick and timely manner. I've been here for afternoon coffee and donuts on a few occasions and the clerk is so friendly and personable to a degree I've... rarely seen around here. Above and beyond. As for the food, it's what you'd expect, no complaints. The coollatas are a littlepricey but no worse than Starbucks and you definitely get what you pay for. Read more

Heather (the shift manager) is absolutely amazing! She?s always so personable. She always has a smile on her face that you can... hear in her voice, even when you?re ordering in the drive through and in the phone. I?ve been there when they?ve lost power andare slammed and she?s still smoking and taking care of her customers. On the rare occasion that my coffee doesn?t come outright, she?s always so quick to fix it.
