Worst experience I have ever had at firehouse.. my order was not prepared right and looks like it was just thrown together..... bread was all broken up and it was cold when it should have came hot. They didn?t follow instructions or gave me the items I wascharged extra for. When I called the store to report the issue, the shift lead got nasty and hung the phone up before I wasfinish with my complaint. When I called back to ask her to just refund my card for the sub she stated I had to come in when Ididn?t have to come in to pay for the order! I ordered to go, it took nearly 30 minutes to get my food. My sandwich was forgotten and I was handed the wrong sub. There was... only one person was in front of me, I get that there are also online orders but it shouldn?t take 30 minutes to get food. I workEMS and it?s hard to find time to eat as it is. Once the situation was fixed I got my sandwich promptly within 2 minutes.Unfortunately this isn?t the first time it?s taken and extended period of time to get my order.
