Apparently Thursdays are 2fers and require reservations. Hostess did NOT have the mostest and was rude. She seated us and told... us we needed to be out by 6. Not being a local we had no idea. Our server was outstanding and more than made up for the initialgreeting. I recommend the bloody Mary with extra horseradish and you shouldn't be disappointed with whatever meal you choose.Onion rings are outstanding Read more
Perfect Steak Dinner. Hospitable, Friendly server. Relaxing atmosphere where most any one could enjoy themselves.
It was a very busy place. Out of snowmobile trip. But went in there was plenty of seating took a while for waiting staff to get... to us. Kind of understandable. But to get a cheeseburger and wait 45 minutes for it. I feel it was very unacceptable. They needto look and see how they could improve getting the food to the people. What I saw for people in there at that time they shouldnot have been more than 15-20 minutes top getting food out. But then again I think that's the price you pay when you want to getsomething to eat that's out there. I enjoyed everything except for the long wait for the food. Read more
Our group of 6 made the 30 minute drive to Trails End tonight. Although we are regulars to the restaurant we have not been there... since 9/21. We were all amazed at the increase in pricing for what has always been 2fer night Thursday. After we received themenus we found that the special is no longer offered. The prime rib is now $32 each person ($64 for 2 people). Not only did theprice increase dramatically but the serving size is no way the same size. I would guess that the steak is now 12-14 oz. This isnot a high end restaurant with food to match. It is a nice place in the middle of no where basically. We certainly understandthe effects Covid has had on all industries. This goes beyond price adjustments due to the virus. We will not be backunfortunately. There is nothing special now about this place worth the drive. Read more

What a perfect pick-me-up for another unsuccessful deer hunting experience. The prime rib was perfect and made me forget that... I'm not scheduled for another deer for 10 more years.
