This restaurant is a great place for a casual lunch or a late dinner with hearty comfort foods. I recommend the spuds if you... want a very filling meal. They're well-priced and you can easily get a second meal out of them. They're similar to Panera but abit lower in price. This is one of my new favorite restaurants! Read more
Very Poor Service.. Entire staff did not smile or seem to want to be there. They now give you very cheap plastic knife and fork.... Would not even cut the baked potato. The tea is very Weak. If you want quick service and avoid long wait for Sunday breakfast...come to this place. We got tired of long wait to be seated... in other fast food. We tried this place and now keep coming back even during weekdays. Clean and decent place for quick bite.Fast service, friendly staff and reasonable prices. Went to McAlister's on Friday afternoon the first thing we noticed was a wet sticky substance on the floor where you order I... mentioned it to the girl who took our order she ignored me . while waiting to order noticed the cook wiping sweat off hisforehead and continued cooking without changing gloves. told the manager about how dirty the floor looked and sticky finally ayoung man took a rag and cleaned it up they are lucky no one got hurt and had a lawsuit the cashier never offered us a drinkwith our meal it was not a place I think I would like to eat again because of the dirtiness.
