I'm not sure if this specific location is severely under staffed, but curbside pick up took nearly 25 minutes from parking to... receiving food. It wasn't a peak time and the drive thru wasn't super busy. All entrances were locked, so I'm assuming therewere only two or maybe three people working. Food was standard for McDonald's, but this specific location has been plagued byincredibly slow times for years, but the staff is always friendly and apologetic. Not sure where the disconnect is. The food was cold. We waited 20 minutes for fresh fries that never made it to the car. I went into the dining room to return the... order because the remainder of the food was now cold. I nearly fell because the dining room floor was flooded. I have never hada good experience at this location. I ended up there because it was convenient. Awful, awful customer service. I will NEVER go to this McDonald?s again! I went through the drive thru and ordered a kids meal.... I was told to pull into the drive thru parking spot because the fries were not ready. 10 minutes later I am STILL waiting so Icall. They say they are going to bring it out. NOPE! I go inside and watch as they prepare fries for all other orders exceptmine. I finally got my order after showing my frustration but the manager really did not care. Read more
I've frequented this establishment several times in the past and the service was good. However, this time, well let's say, it... wasn't the best. It's because the service was very slow. Several customer (2) ahead of me plus myself waited almost twenty(20) minutes before a rep came to take our order (rediculous). After the long wait, my burger bun was cold. Clearly things need to change at this location with the number of 1 star reviews. Service was slow, even at a non rush hour... time. Playplace is closed....again. The playplace was the sole reason we went in to eat verses going in the drive thru. Half thesoda options are not available in the dining area. I waited for my togo order for about 20 minutes. When it finally was ready, Iquickly glanced in the bag to see if everything was there. Seemed close, so I took my 2 children out to the car and doublechecked to see if the order was all there. Sure enough it was not. Went back inside to get the missing double cheeseburger andended up waiting again for 10-15 minutes. So even after my initial 20 minute wait they still messed up my order. My jaw abouthit the floor when I over heard one employee ask if him and another worker could go on break! What seemed like the manager, heldit together enough to kindly tell them only one at a time. I would have lost it! Now, I am one that tries to find the positivein every situation. So, my positive in this situation is; my fries WERE fresh. (They cooled after waiting the 2nd time) I alsoenjoyed chatting with the 2 Doordash men that also had to wait a good bit of time for their pick ups.
