Horrible service, after waiting 1.5 hours we called to check on our order only to be told it would be there in 5-10 minutes.... After another 30 minutes we called back after 2 hours of waiting only to be told they used door dash to deliver our pizza andhad no idea where it was. If I wanted to use door dash i would have done so, i ordered from papa johns expecting them to delivernot to hand my order off to someone who never showed up. Read more
Order was shifted during transit. Delivery driver informed me of the issue and corrected the problem. Super friendly and... understanding. It's all about customer service. If I could give 0 stars I would. When I ordered they told me 25-30 min for delivery and it was here in an hour. I called and... spoke to the manager missy (however you spell her name) and she hung up on me twice. I?ll be trying to get into contact with theowners as it?s not a corporate thing. This is ridiculous how they treat their customers. Read more
