After a scenic ride from Park City via Mirror Lake we decided on this steak house for dinner. Salad was crisp and topped with a... generous amount of cheese. There were numerous dressings to pick from. We chose mashed potatoes (real potatoes and a hugeserving)with gravy as a side to complement the 2 Parmesan breaded butterfly pork chops. Very tasty! I have had many ribeye steaks in Wyoming in the past 30 years on my road trips from Denver to the PNW. Your steak tonight was BY... FAR the best ( so far). This includes (iconic) Svilar?s in Hudson, WY Rib& Chop (multiple) and The Cowboy & Snake River Grill inJackson. Tip of the hat to Travis the chef. Ribeye was to die for! Absolute best steak we've ever had! Cooked & seasoned to absolute perfection. Tender enough to almost cut... it by fork. 2nd time stopping in this great place for a meal. 1st time finding this place, was out of desperation for a meal, as our first... choice did not fair so well. Loved the the rib-eye with home made mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables the first time around,that I got it again. By far one of the best rib-eye steaks that I have ever had. Priced well, perfectly seasoned and cooked toperfection. Environment was very welcoming. Definitely highly recommend that you stop in for a great meal. Read more
