Comfort by the cross-eyed cricket is a good place to take family. The waiters were funny,nice,helpful,and quick they all seemed... to know what they were doing and did it fast.The food was delicious. They had a lunch menu and a breakfast menu.Some of thelunch items could be considered dinner. This is an outstanding locally owned restaurant. The staff here are all amazing. They even have the kindest lady that comes to... each table just to thank you for coming in. Food was delicious! I got fried chicken dish, husband got buffalo chicken tenders and fried pickles. Interior of restaurant,... including the bathroom was very cute. Service was good. And I really liked how they had these bendable wax strings for kids tocreate things with instead of crayons, definitely kept them much more entertained. My wife and I dined here on a Saturday night. Our waitress was fantastic (Kapriece). Honest and sweet as could be. We ordered... the grilled cheese dippers for the appetizer. It was good. Salads were phenomenal! I had ma's meatloaf, with Mac and cheese andfried okra. No complaints. My wife had roast beef and dressing with mashed potatoes and green beans. She didn't love the roastbeef, but everything else was great. We will definitely be back! Read more
