3 stars for the ambience and service. The food isn't that great to be served in small portions and higher price. Fine dining,... you expect to pay the price for the ambience and small portions of delicious food. Not that great but just will do if you arereally craving korean food and you want to eat somewhere you won't get sick, it's a neat place and peaceful relaxing ambience! The interior is beautiful ???? You reviewers need to give restaurant owners a break. Of course they've raised their prices. Have you visited a grocery store... lately? Costs are through the roof and that's just the food part. Don't even get me started on operating costs... This is agreat Korean restaurant and I'm happy we have one here in Evansville. The food is very good and the atmosphere is fantastic. Mywife and I especially enjoy the Kpop music in each booth. Makes for a very enjoyable and unique experience. Keep up the goodwork Gangnam! Read more

Gangnam was my first time eating Korean cuisine, so I was looking forward to it. The restaurant had trendy ambiance with an... Asian flair. Each booth had its own TV, playing the current K-Pop hits. The owner was friendly and the establishment's staff wasinclusive. That being said, the overall experience was just okay. The meat was over-done, the table was dirty, and there was amess of wires hanging down into the booth. I'll give the place another chance next time I'm downtown and see how it goes. Read more

I used to talk this place up to my friends as best food in town - but after yesterday's visit, I'm not sure I can any more. The... prices have increased and the portion sizes are dramatically smaller. Pictured are bulgogi dishes from May 2021 (served on thesizzling hot cow skillet) and yesterday. When that $18.99 plate hit the table, I was shocked to see what appeared to be a halfsized portion compared to the previous visits (which I believe only cost $15.99). Also, I'd much rather be served the hotskillet than a cold plate. I used to let my rice cook a little on the skillet as I ate so it would get crispy on theedges. Don't get me wrong, the food was still delicious. But I no longer feel I'm getting a good value or presentation for theprice. $19 is a steep price for that much food. We spent over $60 for the three on my ticket, including a child, and we alldrank water and had no apps or desserts. Also, 2 of the people I was with did not get the meat they asked for on their bibimbapand rice dishes. Granted they didn't charge us for it, so we let it slide. I'm not sure I'm going to be recommending Gangnam topeople any longer like I used to. Staff was still friendly as always though, and I like the environment. Read more
