Ordering from the app remains non-existent. Ordering via website was non-existent for a while. It simply would not allow it. So... I figured this location decided carry-out to be a nuisance. Which was not a total surprise being how awful it was to pickup anorder. Often times the staff was horrible about tending to me when walked in for my order. Today was the first time in a longtime that I was able to complete an order on the website. Yet, I arrive to discover they're not there. Did they go out ofbusiness? No. I had to hit the "news" option via Google to learn they moved. I hadn't noticed the new address. When you look atthe location, it's so close to where was, that it is not obvious to have moved. Alas, I had already gone home before made thisdiscovery. Does the manager or owner not care about carry-out? The fact they're not available via the app & hadn't been on theirwebsite made me think they had closed unbeknownst to me. I initially figured it was a mistake being able to order on the websitewhen saw old location vacant. It just seems odd that this iHop management doesn't put more effort into their online presence. Doyou not want the additional business? Seems you do based on the number of new parking spots for carry-out. Read more

I have been in this new location only twice. First time the food and service was great, everything clean, but you couldn't hear... yourself think. The acoustics are really bad because of the high ceiling and hard surfaces. The second time, it was much morequiet because there were only 2 other pairs of people. The service was lacking and it took over 45 minutes to get 4 sets ofbreakfast items. My son did not get the amount of food that he ordered, the server misunderstood me. Also his pancake tastedfunny, almost like there was too much baking soda in the batter. He wouldn't finish it. Otherwise the rest of our food was good. Read more

Ordered $70 of food for people. Staff brought multiple bags to me and assured me everything was there. Took it home and... unpacked. An entree was missing. Multiple sides were missing. No syrup for any of the pancakes. Called back to get replacementsand to talk to the manager. They put me on hold telling me he was ?busy?. Waited for 30 minutes to talk to him and never did. Idrove back while I was still on hold. Staff at the front looked panicked when they realized I was the one they had on hold.Finally spoke to the manager and had to tell him everything that had happened because no one had spoke to him about it. He washesitant and questioned why I had brought the food back, but finally agreed to refund the order, because at this point no onehad eaten because it was all cold. He took my receipt to the kitchen and returned. The receipt was in terrible condition, waddedup and water stained, barely legible. He told me it would take a few hours before he would be able to process the refund. I hadno other option to get my money back so I agreed. He then wanted to take my receipt, the only copy/proof I had of thetransaction. I stopped him and took a picture of it. I received a refund a day and a half later. Read more
