Placed an order and never delivered. Called after an hour and lady on the phone said drive was on his way. Called back after 2... hours and asked for refund and was told they couldn't because the power went out. Ok, but how did you answer the phone? Ended updoing a charge back on my credit card instead. Waited almost 45min in the drive through, paid, was told it was still going to be another 20min. I asked for a refund, then man... stated he would refund my card but it never happened. Sent an email to corporate, who stated they would reach out to the owner,but have yet to hear from anyone and my card was still charged. Will not be going here again! Read more

I've tried to go here they are open on the inside but do not take orders through the drive-thru and are rude when you try tocome inside and Order. I strongly suggest to not go to this location the North Green RIver and Newburgh locations are muchbetter! Read more
