Don't bother wasting your time with this location when you can go down to the one on Burkhardt and actually experience good... service. Ordered from this location twice in the past month. First time was dine-in and they messed up our order pretty bad...whatever. Second time was just today, when I ordered delivery at 12:58 PM and my order didn't show up until QUARTER TIL 3 PM. Icalled around 2 PM to inquire about my order and she just said "It'll be there at some point". After my order showed up TWOHOURS LATER, my sandwich was soggy and gross and the drink I ordered was watered down from sitting there forever. Horriblecustomer care. Go to the Burkhardt Road location because even when they're super short staff they still get the orders incorrectly and in a timely manner. Read more
My wife asked them to remake a sandwich because it was wrong. The "manager" told us to stop wasting his bread and to leave... before he called the police. We were never anything but polite.
