The lady who took my order sounded like a rude robot and didn?t care at all. I was at the same location a few weeks ago and took... at least 20 minutes to get a Carmel mocha and 2 McGriddles. Read more
Ordered via app, arrived and checked in for curbside. We ended up waiting half an hour for 2 large cokes and 2 large fries. One... of the large fries was missing and the employee just walked off when we questioned her where the other one was. 4 more carsarrived, ordered, had to pull aside to wait for their food, got it and left before we got ours. We went in to ask about thesecond fry and the woman working insisted we didn?t order it (we had phone proof) and refused to fulfill the order! Went into drive through ( outside board ) they served three cars on inside board and still had not keyed up to take my order.... Why have two order boards if you run a 3:1 ratio on taking orders. They were parking every car to save drive thru times. Thecars were parked almost back to where the line started for drive through. This McDonald?s is in serious need of help. Read more
I went through the drive through this morning between 10:00 am- 10:20 am. I was asked to pull forward because they were waiting... on hash browns, I waited at least 10 minutes. The car in front of me was also pulled forward. When the food finally came outthe girl yelled at the lady in the car in front of me because she didn't pull up far enough, she was very rude. She started togo back inside with my food so I had to pull around to the side of the building close to the door so I could get my food. Thisgirl was out of line, extremely rude. Set patiently for 30 minutes for my order in drive thru. Went inside the lobby to see if they hadn't forgotten about me. A lady... with braids rolled her eyes and started getting loud and asked me "what did I want her to do?" Then she got aggressive like shewas gonna fight me. The older man who brought me my food was very polite. He said the general manager on duty name is Jenaca whoheard it all and that the other lady who was yelling at me was also a manager.
