This has got to be one of the worst Sonics in Evansville. I have been at least 4 times in last 2 weeks and EVERYTIME they've... done the same thing. I order the food and 20-30 minutes later I still don't have my food. I call in and I'm told "its on its wayout" like they forgot about it. They immediately come out with it and everytime its been old. It was never busy and they'renever complicated orders. -1st order: Jr double cheese burger and rt 44 tea extra ice.(The tea came out with hardly anyice) -2nd order: same as the first. -3rd order: popcorn chicken with a sweet tea extra ice.(once again hardly any ice) -4thorder: Mini strawberry milkshake, large water, large cup of ice. (This should have taken less than 10 minutes, but 3 peoplearound us that got there afterwards and had much larger orders had gotten there stuff by time we left) Never have i ever hadthis many problems from these places, but it seems to be a common experience now and the people working there seem like theycouldn't care less. They have had at least 4 people everytime I've gone and it wasn't busy so they can't blame short staff. Tried placing an order for nobody to ever answer. Button just continued to blink red for a solid 10 minutes with the screen... saying someone would take our order soon. A car pulled up in the stall next to us after that, hit the button and immediately gotanswered and served. We looked at our screen and seen the button was no longer blinking, and it was reset back to the regularscreen. We ended up leaving after having wasted 20 minutes of our time and gas all together. So I had a 1/2 price shake coupon and I decided I wanted to try the churro shake. I ordered a small shake and the 5 piece... churro. I ordered it on my app and let them know when I got there. I waited 15 minutes and still did not get my order so I gotout of the car and I got the attention of one of the car hops. Told her I'd ordered it that I checked in and then I still hadn'tgotten it so she asked me my name and she went inside. I got back in the car she come back over and told me that they weremissing the caramel out of the shake and asked me if I wanted another shake. So before I could order another shake she startedtelling me all these ingredients that they were out of. I said can I just get a refund because at this point all they hadbrought me was the churros which ended up being like one to one and a half inches tall, not very big. She said let me go insideand find out. I ended up sitting there another 15 minutes and she never came back. So I ended up sitting there for a total of 40minutes, I had cold churros and no shake, so I left REALLY upset. Read more
This is the THIRD time I have gone to this Sonic and they just randomly decided to close with no explanation whatsoever. And the... other two times I just laughed it off, but THIS time? they were open enough to take my money, but closed enough to not provideme with the product I already paid for. I was told to come back when the GM was there and they can give me my money back. Whybother, they?ll probably just close again. However, I have attempted to go to this Sonic 6 times and 50% of those times theyhave just closed at their own convenience. Read more

So I pull up, 5 min till 11pm on a Monday night. I've worked fast food before, I understand how annoying it is to have people... come in last minute. But all I wanted was a couple drinks. That kinda order is simple as hell. I don't even get ice in mine, mydrink order is literally: grab the cups, fill them with the drinks I ordered, put lids on, and take them out. No food. No needto re clean something, just drinks. There's at least four employees present. One outside, three inside. I hit the button toplace an order, wait a moment. "We're closed" lady outside repeats that as I sit there a moment. I say, does it make adifference if I just want a couple drinks? No response. I wouldn't be as upset or give such a harsh rating, but they were rude,and refusing service when they were supposed to be open, and this isn't even the third time this has happened. It's been overthe course of several months, I don't make a habit of going out to fast food this late, but sometimes my wife decides she wantsfood late at night, and I must oblige. Read more
