I have unfortunately been eating with this specific establishment/location for 15+ years, it has always been absolutely... terrible. Orders are always incorrect. I take a break for 6 months hoping it will change management, but i have continuouslybeen let down. Ordered door dash from there & barely got half of my order . I ordered 2 grilled cheese boxes & only got 1 . They came with the... grilled cheese burrito , a chalupa , a Doritos locos taco & nachos & cheese ? they couldn?t even give me cheese for my nachos .Not to mention the chalupa we did get was stale & tasted like it had set out the whole day . I came to this location in regards to a DoorDash order. Once I arrived, I was told by a customer who had been waiting outside... that there was an altercation between two employees, therefore they had closed. I decided to try to go through the drive thru asthere was a line, figuring they would at least be able to give me the order that had already been paid for by a DoorDashcustomer. Once I got up to the window I was told by an employee that their system was down so the DoorDash order never camethrough, despite my ability to see their order screen through the window and watched her delete all of the orders off.
