I pre-ordered on the app. I dont like that i have to pay for it before arriving, it'd be better if it took it out after... arriving. They forgot THE DIPPING SAUCE!!!! Whats nuggets without sauce. The Frosty was flavorless. I wouldn't even call it afrosty. I can make a better one at home. Overall disappointed in service and food. Read more
The people were nice, it took a long time at the pick up window. I watched them talk and horse around at the window for almost... 5min waiting for my food. I'm not sure what was holding it up, the Chilli beans were hard as rocks other than that it was good. Read more
Sat in the drive thru for over 30 min. Watched about 20 cars leave. I should have left sooner!!!! When I got to the window they... said they were doing a shift change... They came back 5 min later to say the computer was down so that was even moreaggravating. Went to another location. Read more
Service was prompt and efficient despite people being ahead of and behind me in line (even though the woman who was at the... window seemed stressed, as she was taking orders, payment, and handing out food). However, the quality of the food was poor. The chicken patties in both my own and my fiance's sandwiches were so old and tough that they were almost inedible - definitelynot fresh. The fries weren't fresh either, despite the restaurant apparently being in a rush. Frosties and chili were fine. Inoticed getting into line that the dining room seems to have a broken window that's been boarded over with plywood, which didmake me raise an eyebrow. Overall, I would suggest patronizing another location, although the quality of the ingredients at allWendy's seem to have been on a downward trend for awhile, sadly. Read more

I never eat at this place personally, but I?ve been a door dasher for years. Everytime I go there I see employees just standing... there and there?s always at least 10 cars in the drive thru.
