Great place to eat. Down home feel to the place. It a small restaurant that serves really good food.
So, finally got here??? My MIL was a culinary teacher of this guy, and he didn't disappoint!!! She got the Catfish basket, and... it was delicious!!! The sauteed squash and, zucchini was a standout, basically a win-win across the board. I got the infamousMushroom Melt, and as you can see from others reviews, this apparently, is a favorite, and I could tell why. You could telleverything was made by the owner, and not out of the box, which I adore Super good, and will definitely definitely beback!!! If you're looking for a place to drop in, and aren't in a crazy rush, cos the owner is not only your host, but also thecook, and server, check out this place. Quiet and clean. Good service, and our food was good. I had the fish po boy. Husband said his mushroom melt was... good. Second visit today, food was even better. The chicken hawk sandwich with slaw and sauce, best sandwich I have had in awhile. The chili burger was awesome, too. I can't wait till the next visit. Read more
