TLDR; Understaffed. Too busy since it's understaffed. Employees underpaid. The people making my drinks can range from badly... trained to too busy to make properly. Service continues to decline with the last manager leaving. She was great and kept things moving in the morning. The new manager... walks around like shes just a new employee on her first day. Never acknowledged the people standing in line for 10 minutes. Acustomer was complaining about his order and she just ignored that completely. Owners better recognize real quick they don'thave a manager there and the quality is going down. Getting close to finding a different place to get morning coffee. Read more
This used to be my favorite Dunkin's, now they are a mess. They never got my order wrong in the past, now just in the last... month, everytime I go my order is wrong, missing something or prepared the wrong way. You've lost a customer for good now. Read more
