So I will not be going back to this location anytime soon! Let's stay with their customer service, it's not there! 2 people... working, 1 customer being helped when myself, Husbsnd and son went in to get cones. We were not greeted by either employee andwaited 5 min. to be helped. the girl said nothing just stood there looking at me like I'm supposed to read her mind orsomething?! I asked her if she was ready, it was super weird and extremely awkward! neither employee ever said a word other thenthe total, or was a very strange experience. Send thing, I'm pretty sure not all the I've cream was as cold as it should be,quite a few looked very soft and melted. Because of this we're sticking with Cold Stone, I wouldn't recommend this specificlocation, it was like the twilight zone!! Read more
The server was nice but she was wearing her mask under her nose and touching her nose. I had to ask her to wash her hands before... scoping my ice cream. Even before COVID that's not hygienic. She did wash them when asked but she should have done it without meprompting her to. Read more
Delicious ice cream as always. But I must express my concern that you have only one employee in the store at night. Usually it's... a teenage girl. My concern is purely safety. I think there should always be 2 people on duty. The parking lot in that corner ofthe shopping center is dark. Shopping center security is not visible (and to my thought nonexistent). Read more
