Do NOT use the Figaro's website to place an online order! The associate working Sunday evening at 6pm could have turned this... situation into a positive one but instead was rude, dismissive, and clearly just wanted to go play golf with his shift coming toan end. Our order never made it to him and with payment already processed, a dispute has to be claimed with my bank. Theassociate could have provided just an ounce of customer service by completing the order but refused. With this kind of service,you're never getting my service nor will anyone I know be giving any of their hard-earned money to this place. Read more
