This is a HORRID location! I went to pick up an online order last night and when I walked in they were starting their closing... process. There was one other lady waiting for an order so they were not busy at all, in fact there were 4 employees standingthere, lost in their little world of chatting. I saw my order come up but they continued to stand there RIGHT NEXT TO IT without pausing for a second to hand me my order! I had to interrupt and ask them to hand it to me, they can't be bothered to dotheir jobs! On top of that the shortest girl had such a foul loud mouth! Every other word out of it was a nasty swear, Icouldn't believe the lack of customer service at this place, it was a down right disgusting, angering experience that I willnever go through again! I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere as not only was the service.... one of a kindbut the food taste like tasteless and all veggies are limpy and old looking/tasting! I really like most Panera bread restaurants but this one in particular is just not worth going to. I've never gone there and had... my order done correctly or add the things that were on the menu actually there. The kids don't know how to run the register andon top of that they can't even do simple math. You'll spend literally 5 minutes while two or three of them. Mistakes happen. We are all human. But the way Katelyn (sp?) handled the error was truly above board! She was polite,... accommodating and not only replaced my meal but also threw in a couple pastries and a cup of my favorite soup. Far more than Icould ever expect! She ROCKS!!! Read more
I have been to this location several times, had the napa almond chicken salad sandwich before, and enjoyed it. But today what I... received was a fraction of the chicken salad, not even enough to cover the bread. I came on a busy Saturday evening, and maybethey were running out of the chicken salad.
