Additional Information
Every order I've placed from here has been wrong or very poorly made. When I've called to fix it or get a refund, the employees... have either ignored the request or just hung up on my husband or me. Clearly being close to the Seattle has affected thequality of the food and service from Pizza Hut. Will not be ordering from here again. I'll stick to ordering from Pizza Hutsin Texas and Oklahoma since they clearly still know how to make quality food and provide quality service. Read more

UPDATE: So after I wrote this review they immediately replied saying they wanted to hear about my experience and make it... right... So I contacted them right back and haven't heard a thing from them and it's been a couple weeks. I think they justwanted to put something on this review to make it seem like they care because obviously they don't. Don't waste your time ormoney ordering from this Pizza Hut. We already quit getting pizza delivered because so often they delivered the wrong pizzasand it took forever. Decided to go ahead and try pick up and same thing.... I got home and it was the wrong pizza. I should havelooked but still that shouldn't happen. I had to drive all the way back and get my pizza that was being kept warm and they gaveme my money back.... But what the???? I asked the guy if this happened very much and he said it used to happen all the time butnot very often anymore. Wow Something was not right with the pizzas either. They had us keep the wrong one and we tasted both ofthem and both pizzas did not taste right. Something wasn't right with the cheese or the sauce I don't know what it was but wecouldn't even eat more than one piece each because it had such a funky taste. I'm through with Pizza Hut. Read more
I ordered online which went smoothly. I walked in to pick up my order and waited 10 minutes for anyone to see me. I even called... out a couple of times and was ignored. The employee who helped me after was kind and apologetic. But after I left, I heard himyell at everyone rudely. Ill just go to Dominos since Ive never had an issue with them. Read more
