Horrible service, my hot coffee was luke warm. I ordered a hot GRANDE coffee. I was given a tall at the window. I let them know... it was the wrong size and the employee literally dumped the same drink into a larger cup. So she gave me a grande sized cup thatwas only half full. I let her know I was not happy and asked why did she not make the right sized drink. She let me know that?show it is and she could add more milk to fill the cup! How frustrating!
