I really love Starbucks as it is clearly documented. But, this Starbucks needs some attention and or another ol' looksie-loo at... the customer service portion of their job as well as the maintaining cleanliness of their store. My overall experience with thisstore has never been a good one, and to top it off the store is not clean (well, what I think Starbucks would want to see in aclean store). Read more
Ordered ahead and the was ready when I came in to grab it but I don?t recommend sitting inside. Every table was dirty, chairs... all pulled out and messy. The floor was disgusting - debris and trash everywhere. I was disappointed about the cleanliness ofthe lobby, especially when they weren?t busy. We pay to much for Starbucks coffee and know they pay their people well too! Read more
