To order a sandwich at subway now it could take a while. People are now making orders by phone and it keeps subway workers busy.... If you think they are going to stop making phone orders sandwiches because you showed up, think again. It is a first come (orfirst call) serve basis. You may end up waiting a while to order. So I suggest patience. In my last visit I waited about 8minutes before the one and only worker made my sandwich. I usually tip but this time I didn't because of the long wait. Overallthe sandwiches are still good. I will go back and order in person because it is convenient and I like to see the vegetablesbefore I ask to have them included in my sandwich. Read more

This place is a disaster. I placed an online order for my girls 45 minutes prior to getting to the store (coming from work) and... my sub's still weren't ready. I come in and ask where my order is and the guy says he forgot and it will be 20 minutes for moremeatballs, meanwhile he's making 4 meatball sub's in front of me.
