Overall best in downtown Everett from what I have tried. A fantastic option to get a bite, I got a pork banh mi and the meat was... perfectly cooked and flavorful the bread was crisp but not burnt or anything, I personally don't like sauce but they had asuperb white sauce they used on it that didn't overwhelm. I also got a large brisket and meatball pho which turned out supergood not sure about the price to size portion as I haven't gotten the small for comparison but still the food was super tastyand worth the price to me. Definitely by far the best pho place near me so far. I also was impressed by the speed I called intakeout at 4:25 and it was ready by 4:30. The takeout boxes are usually messy piles of stuff but this was nicely organized andthe Siracha and Hoisin sauce were in separate containers (too many pho places combine them). Read more

This is a cute little spot on Hewitt that you'd never know was there. My friend and I had grilled pork Bahn Mi. It came on a... wonderful bun with carrots, cilantro, mayo and jalapeño. I was disappointed that the carrots was fresh and not pickled andthey're was no daikon radish. But most surprising are steps into the Cafe. It is 100% wheelchair INACCESSIBLE. ??????
