I notified the waitress that the cheese for My fajitas looked molded and She go say it's pepper jack. Um I know what mold looks... like. She hurried up and took My plate but didn't replace nor compensate. Read more
To whom it May Concern my name is Lisa and I visited chili's on 10-17 about 1 pm with my Husband for is Brithday. Upon ... entering I was greeted by a young Lady she was very pleasant and kind. The young lady let us know that it would be a 15minute wait unless we wanted to sit at the bar we chose to sit at the bar. (Something new) we where Greeted by miss Kay whowas our bartender and as well as a host she made my husband and i feel welcome the atmosphere was great. The Beautiful smile miss Kay has just lights up the room Miss Kay suggested items that were great to her. and I thank you for your advice. To theserver and the cook of the food you were amazing . The FOOD was PHENOMENAL it was Hot I did not have to wait that long beforewe receive the food. Thank you Mr James for table touching and reaching out to your guests to see if everything is well. Well, maybe in 6 months or so it may be better......or not. They were kind of busy but we got seated right away. After waiting... 20 minutes with nobody approaching our table, we decided to try to order with the tablet. Ours didn't work (not to mention wewere afraid to touch it since it was quite caked with food) so we grabbed 1 off another table but could only pull up desserts. Iflagged down a waitress who let us know we couldn't order from the tablets and she wasn't sure if she had our table or not.Another 15 minutes passed and nobody came to the table. Finally the waitress returned to let us know another person had ourtable and she'd be with us shortly. After another 15 minutes we observed the wrong food being delivered to another table. Didn?t get my beer twice. First time I mentioned It to the server and then she told me the draft was out. Then I ordered a... different and it never came. Had them take off both beers from bill. Food was cold and the pico that came with the fajitas waswithered. We asked for containers and got them 30 minutes later. Food was also cold. Server only came by every 30 minutes in thealmost 2 hours we were there. Read more

First time to this location and it was horrible all around. Took 40 minutes to be seated which was probably due to low staffing... in the restaurant. Got our table, and took the waitress 13 minutes to come and grab our drink order. After that, she took ourmeal order and it took nearly 45 minutes to bring the food out. The entrees were all cold. Waitress never comes back to check onus to see if we liked our food or anything needed to be corrected nor to refill our drinks. Entrees were missing items aswell.
