Orange juice is now not an option with breakfast meals. Upcharge if you want that. The cups are smaller, though, since last time... I was there. A medium looks like what a small used to. Had to park up and wait from the drive thru. I had to wait because of thehash browns. /All/ of the food in the bag was not warm/fresh. I assume that waiting for something would mean that it was beingcooked recently. Apparently not. Not only were the hash browns not warm, they were dry and hard, like they were slightlyovercooked, and then sat for a bit too long. I suspect that they did sit too long, and that they dropped them back in the oil toget them seeming hot again, which would have that drying/hardening effect after they've been out a couple minutes. The totalprice was the same as the last time I went, to the penny, so the decrease in OJ size is basically a sneaky price hike. Edit: Ishould also talk about muffins. The muffins are black, like they were burned, but only around the edges. As someone who used totrain McDonalds breakfast employees, I can suggest that they are trying to "speed things up" by increasing speed on the toaster,and turning the heat way up. As a result of that, instead of a proper toast, the muffins get black around the edges, but don'ttoast as much in the middle, but aren't overly hard or anything. Read more
I ordered a happy meal with my points. I always ask for a cheeseburger happy meal. I have always gotten just that. Even got it... from this same store 10/21. But today when I pulled up to the window she asked for $5.97. I explained I had a code. she saidcode doesn't cover a cheeseburger. She could change to a regular hamburger. I said no, just give me the chicken nuggets sheasked for the sauce, I asked for honey dipping sauce and water for the drink. She was going to charge me for bottled water. Isaid just give me a cup of water. I got my meal and it was missing the toy (which I collect for my Grandkids to play with whenthey are over) and had bbq dipping instead of honey. To insult to injury, the young lady that took my order walked to the next window and said something to the guys about me. Probably make sure I got just what I ordered. The guys responded I was rightat the window. Very disappointed with this service. Because this store has always been one of the better ones. Read more
