Pizza was supposed to be delivered to a church event. Instead driver dropped the food off at a different location. First time a... driver didn't call to say they arrived. Instead, dropped the food and left. How does a store think it is ok to change a deliveryaddress without the customers approval? Read more
bruhhh so we ordered online. went there about 28 mins later, "our system is having problems" okay? so if there's technical... difficulties how are you guys processing deliveries still... ok whatever... waits about 10 minutes... supposedly someone tookthe breadsticks of our order? umm ok wait some more......... like seriously how you gonna let someone take our breadsticks afteryou already make us wait :/ Read more
Ordering online is supposed to be easy, seamless and precise. However, computer systems aren't perfect and can result in a... really bad experience. Ended up waiting 1h15m for my 15m pizza order due to the fact of my order reverting to carry out insteadof delivery. Management was less than empathetic and made the situation worse by not listening to my concerns. Read more
