Food was great. Wings were nice and hot as well as fresh hot fries. We decided to dine in today. We received our food in less... then 10 min. Our server was great and the gentleman working the counter was very nice and helpful with helping us decide whatwings to selected. Read more
Like many of the reviews here, I can say that this this spot used to be a very good establishment but since has diverged from... that. This place has just got worse and worse with each time I came here. My last, and final, time I ordered a 10 piece Bone-incombo. The order took about 20 minutes to make which was a little long but I could usually put it past them for that as I knewthey took pretty long. I got my order and went to my car to check the order and realized the fry container was much smaller thanit used to be so I was pretty upset about that. But the worse part was when I got home and checked the wings which I should Idid as soon as I got it. I saw that they only gave me 8 wings! And 4 of them were boneless when I ordered only bone-in! So,don't come here if you plan on it. The atmosphere of the place isn't the most professional at all either. Wing Stop and BuffaloWild Wings are much better alternatives that are close to here. This ratings is purely for the service and repeated missing of food we'd ordered. The wings and flavor selections are really... strong (although the chicken wings and boneless pieces have gotten considerable smaller in size in the last 6 to 9 months). Inour last 3 orders we were missing items, including tonight when we didn't have either of the two large cheese fries we ordered.I know we should double-checked but we did ask and we're assured they were in there and they weren't. Usually super good all around. This visit was almost perfect. The fries came out ice cold but delicious, I asked to heat them... and they just brought me a whole new hot fresh fry. So good. The wings and even hawaiin food are amazing. A little pricey butworth it. I have come and you could tell whoever was in the kitchen was lazy or too busy to care. But most visits are A+. I amaddicted.
