I?ve literally never posted a review in my life but this one called for it. I?d heard great things from a few people and have... been wanting to try this place out for close to a couple years now. I LOVE chicken, especially fried chicken. It is one of myfavorite foods of all time. The customer service was not good. You tell she did not want to be there and she almost seemedpleased by the fact that they do not offer CUPS OF WATER with your meal. Not only is the food overpriced ($17 for 4 tenders andfries with no drink) they are the first restaurant in my entire life that is too cheap to give a customer a complimentary cup oftap water to go with their meal. After purchasing a $17 dollar meal your are then expected to purchase a drink. Bottled water orsoft drinks only. Like? do you have cups? Yes. Do they have a faucet? Yes. Then why can?t you pour me a cup of water? Or haveone available for me to pour myself? Apparently, it?s to force your customers to purchase a beverage alongside their meal to hithigher sales goals. It made me feel sick. I worked at star bucks for many years in my youth and they had the highest standard ofcustomer service and it noticeably worked to retain a grand base or customers. Not only did we triple filter our water, it wasgiven freely to anyone who asked regardless of what they purchased. That?s how you help keep happy customers. And lastly, thechicken tenders were nothing to phone home about. Popeyes chicken tenders have more flavor. Insanely disappointed and will neverrevisit. Read more

Got the family 2lbs Kiki's fries and fed 5 people and it was delicious. Also got drinks and stayed there for a while having a... good time good costumer service and good food, I definitely recommend Kiki's Chicken Place! Read more
