I purchased a gift basket for delivery in Fairbanks. I had a few questions and found the owner Tricia, to be extremely helpful.... It turns out that Tricia ended up delivering the basket herself. Unfortunately the home address was a bit tricky to find. Shevery kindly called me for more information and was so patient as I worked to get her in touch with the recipients to guide her.It is obvious that Tricia goes above and beyond for her Great Harvest customers. Delicious bread, sandwiches, and salads! Excellent customer service. The young lady who took our lunch order was very attentive... and accommodating. She offered us bread samples before we made our selection. She also suggested to try their mixed berry andcream cheese scones which were delicious. Highly recommend this bakery! Read more
A very relaxing establishment with a slight ?homey? feel. I enjoyed all the puns that are used and the amount of product that... is made in store. They have lots of merchandise for sale as soon as you come in, but it doesn?t feel cluttered. It just makes anice path to the counter to order. As a lover of a Cubano (sandwich), this is the sandwich I chose from their menu. At least Ican say I tried it. I had the turkey removed and changed the bread from honey wheat to white. I ended up removing the picklesafter the first bite, as they were sour and didn?t compliment the sandwich (to my taste)- saying this someone else could lovethis take on a Cubano. The fresh Lemon Bar was awesome. It definitely has that homemade flavor. So, the sweets and the bread isso very much love at first bite. Read more
