Absolutely DISGUSTING!!! I am not sure what kind of chicken this location uses but it?s not the kind I?m accustomed to eating.... The pictures don?t explain the fatty, chewy, slimy and unusual bristle pieces through out. By the way, the customer service hereis -0. Saturday night around 7pm on 11/12/22, workers on their phones, yelling at each other. I really miss the times whenChipotle was a go to grab and go with complete satisfaction. Read more
They need a manager on duty. The food line was was very dirty food everywhere. They were out of almost all of the toppings.Brown... rice was very hard. Chicken was not cooked well.Chips were out. Food was bland no flavor. To spend $28 I was verydisappointed. Dining room was dirty. I will NEVER come back to this location. I would rather drive 15-20 minutes to PeachtreeCity?s location before I go there again. Y?all need to do better. I see why the average review ratings are a 2 stars. Read more
We have been to MANY Chipotle restaurants, so I feel like I know the quality standards. This particular location is sorely... lacking in training, cleanliness, and customer service. There were multiple line items missing when we arrived at 6 PM on aSunday. We had to wait in line for 15 minutes or so for white rice, chicken, and other items to be replenished. The staff wasfriendly enough, but there was NO sense of urgency. Absolutely none. Read more
I must say that the environment affects the dining experience. We almost walked out. We were here on a Sunday around 12:30.... There was one other customer and 4-5 employees, maybe more. The counters and tables were dirty. There were bags of food (salsa?Beans?) sitting around on the counters. I will say that the employees were attentive to us and provided us tasty meals. However,I wish they would have wiped down a few tables and countertops in order to make me think the place was clean. Read more

This was laughable?. Went in, was told they were taking online orders only, (no drive thru) yet this is a counter only location... and they weren?t taking orders because, get this, the only cashier couldn?t help take orders because they were 45 min behind ona catering order, and proceeded to blame me for causing that customer to have to wait longer for their order?.. I had justwalked in, yet it was my fault they were behind, sure thing?. It took a line out the door for them to figure it out and finallystarted serving Burrito looks like it was rolled by a child, queso looked like it had been sitting for hours, they took myorder for items but ignored completely important words like ?easy? on the cheese, nope whole handful for you sir?..
