This place always gives you a very little amount and 8 out of 10 times you don?t get what you pay for. I have been here multiple... times and almost every time I get a bowl it?s half full, it?s so bad to the point where getting a normally full bowl feels likea blessing. The only reason it?s still so busy despite all the bad reviews is the fact that it?s the only chipotle on campus andno one wants to leave campus to go to another chipotle. Read more
This chipotle needs to be better. I?m a starving student most of the time just wanting a good meal and every time I go to this... chipotle there?s something wrong. Last time I went there was a bug in my lettuce and the lettuce was browning everywhere. Thetime before that, the chicken was old and very chewy. The time before that they didn?t even have guac. Plus the service ishorrible, the workers seem like they don?t want to be there at all, which is fine i get it if you don?t, but at least act likeyou do for the customers sake. Read more

The service here is extremely slow. The lines seem to always be long and anytime I have come here, the staff members are very... slow moving. I saw a few moments where one or two people did not appear busy, like they were trying to find something to dorather than approach the counter and greet their customers. There have been times where there are five people in line and ittakes 20 minutes for the line to move. Read more

I can't belive I had to wait 1 hour in the line. This schipottle needs to train people. They have a huge demand and people have... to wait a reduculous amout of time.
