The owner was nice. The food is ~extremely~average. I ordered their chicken Parmesan sub with fries. It had very little flavor,... and left an unpleasant metallic taste in my mouth afterwards. I think their fries are frozen; it would be cheaper to make friesthe old fashioned way. They would also taste way better. The quality of food that you’ll receive for the price you pay is notworth it unless you are starving. Read more
We ordered a ( WAY OVERPRICED ) large pizza and after 45 minutes we called just to check on the status to which they told us the... pizza is already his way. Then proceeded to tell us that we NEEDED to tip the driver and asked us how are going to handle thetipping situation, either cash or credit, or else the delivery will be canceled. To which we then agreed to pay a good tip infear of not having our delivery made. ( a 15 minute drive ). Honestly? Good pizza, but has issues. We keep giving them a try every few months, because the pizza taste great, but every... single time it's always a hassle. Call Dominos or Paisano's if u wanna call in an order and have a reliably made pizza with noproblems. 1) The facility is dirty and employees sit around not doing anything, when they could be productive. 2) Employeeswho answer the phone struggle with english, because they're all foreigners, and don't even know basic types of specialtypizzas. 3) You can't even order over the phone anymore and pickup, because they said 3 people in the past didnt pickup theirorders. You can call in, they prep the pizza, but wont bake it until you physically come to the store to pay, then make you waitfor 15 minutes in their tiny parking lot until it's ready. 4) The owner is great, his food is great, but needs to train hisemployees. Used to love this place but highly disappointed by the service. I called them to order 2 pizzas on a non-busy night. The guy... told me 10-15 min and I told him I’ll be there in 20. I get there, the guy tells me 20 more minutes and looks at me withembarrassment like he forgot my order. No explanation either. Continues to charge me full price for what I ordered a special butsince he didn’t tell me what the price was on the phone, I let that go. It took 45 minutes for my pizzas to get ready whenthe guy told me 10-15 minutes. Two guys in the back were just talking and chilling ever since I walked in and neither approachedthe counter until I rang a bell, at which I heard an agitated “Coming hold on!”. Used to love getting pizza from here, but I feel as though it has gone downhill a bit. Customer service could be better as I... tried calling the store after getting home and realizing that they gave me pepperoni and sausage instead of pepperoni and bacon.When I left the store, their phone wasn't ringing like crazy either, so I know they weren't.
