I'm tired of being charged for a grande coffee when ordering a tall. The baristas don't always say the amount and just tell me... to use the app or credit card to pay. A few times they acted offended when I asked how much I was being charged. I asked toredeem points, which the barista didn't acknowledge until I didn't have enough funds on the app. All she had to do was say theydon't do that to make my order somewhat better; I didn't realize she charged me the wrong price until I left and waiting in thelong line would have made me late to class. If the staff weren't renewed every semester and trained, we might have something going on here. It's your standard quality... starbucks, but if your drink has more than two adjectives or modifications, you have to remind them three times and hope theyget it right in the end. Read more

It's pretty much a regular starbucks. However, it's not very clean. Many of the condiment stations and tables are in disrepair.... I get that you can't keep clean during rush time, but you'd hope they could do better than this. Update: They also apparentlyhave nothing in stock, and it's mid-day.
