Its been a while since I came here. Wasnt too happy with the slow service before. Lots of changes. Under new management and... area was very clean. Got my favorite veggie delight. Wish they would come back with the honey oat bread ! Subways fault not thelocation whatever. Besides that happy to see it was busy but well staffed . Got out in good time within 7 mins considering howmany veggies I wanted ! Saw a soup sign will be keeping an eye for that in winter when I need a pick me up . Brought my Dad in for lunch and the employee kept yelling at him because he couldn't understand her fully. She got very... aggressive/hostile and the overall experience was very unpleasant. Don't shout at customers for not hearing "too tay" as"turkey". Will not be back. Read more
Someone hacked into my Subway App account and ordered like $80 of subs from the Fairfax, VA location. The address is 9559... Braddock Rd. Me, being shocked at my card being charged for $80 worth of subway sandwiches, called the store before the ordercould go through. My thought was, ?hmm I should call the store in an attempt to cancel?. Someone answered the phone and therewas definitely an issue with us understanding each other. I tried to explain my issues to the gentleman but he did notunderstand at all. I asked to speak with a manager and he told me ?I just make sandwiches?. I know that the people at subwaymake sandwiches. He was probably rattled because a customer just placed an order for $80 WORTH OF SANDWICHES. If he would havecalmed down and cancelled the order, he wouldn?t have had to make all those dang sandwiches. I tried reading my order number tohim (which is C9947759-CB) and he repeated back to me a bunch of random numbers. I asked to speak with a manager and he said alot of nonsense and then hung up on me. I?m filing a dispute with my bank, but it really would have been nice if the peoplerunning the Subway store in Fairfax, VA would have been any help at all. I live in Tennessee.
