I ordered a smoothie and flatbread for delivery via the tropical smoothie app. I received the bread but not the smoothie. I... called the store to see what happened with the smoothie and they told me to contact doordash delivery man. I told them I orderedvia the tropical smoothie app and it would be the store that needs to call the delivery person to get the smoothie delivered. Also, I did not have the number to the driver so there was no way for me to call the delivery person. They told me they wouldcall me back and never did. I called again an hour later asking what the status was and they gave me some excuses and when Iasked for a refund on the smoothie, they told me they couldn't.
