Food is good, but have had a lot of problems here waiting a long time for food. I ordered two rice bowls online today around... 10:45 and it said they would be ready by 11. I arrived around 11:15 and they still weren?t ready. Fast forward to 12 and we weretold that we have to wait for more chicken which was finally put on the grill (none was made from 11-12). People who ordered inperson way after my order was placed got their food before me even though we had the same order. I received my order around12:30, which is almost two hours after I ordered and almost an hour and a half of me waiting there in person. This type ofwaiting on a regular basis is absolutely inexcusable. They need to come up with a better system on how to run their business ina quick and efficient manner. Read more
Terrible service. Supposed to be open at 8 am. Staff was unloading the uncooked food supplies from their car at 7:55. Doors... weren?t open until 8:10. I was the first to order 2 burritos and it took 35 mins to wait. Management needs to enforce that theplace needs to be ready to serve food at 8. Not start cooking at open. It?s good, but it?s not worth the wait. Service had gotten slower and slower over the years. They didn?t start our order when we... called ahead. 32 minutes for two breakfast burritos and two Musubi?? Love this place. I typically order the three meat sampler over rice, but am in love with the tacos. If you're vegetarian, their... veggie roll is super tasty with all the sauces! The workers are always nice and give really good customer service. Read more
