I?m actually impressed on the quality, customer service and busyness of the restaurant when I went to go pick up my pizza. It... was done before I got there and delicious once I got the chance to eat it. I?d definitely order again! Is kind of as expected; Pizza Hut is what it is. I'm giving 3 out of 5 because I ordered a Detroit style pizza and legit just... got a regular pizza. Had trouble with orders taking almost 2 hours for delivery months ago. Did store pick up the time before last and the store as... slow and there appeared to be one pwrson training the entire store. Now i tried ordering for delivery again thinking maybe theygot things sorted out. 2 hours goes by. I call the store twice during that time and no one answers. Checked my bank accountand it looks like my money was refunded. Don't know what happened because no one said anything or even answered the phone. I'mdone with this place. Worst ever. My family just got home from a long road trip. We didn't have any food in the fridge and everyone was hungry. No problem, I... thought, I'd order pizza. I ordered at 11: 19am. Got a confirmation email that it'd be ready at 11: 35am. I was standing outsidethe door at 11:37 and no one was there. The lights weren't even on. My family was hungry so we just ended up going to getchicken from Popeyes. I get a call at 1:35 from pizza hut to say my pizza was ready and when was I going to pick it up. I toldthem my pizza was supposed to be ready at 11:30 and that I went to go pick it up and nobody was in the store. The guy on thephone kept insisting everyone was there. That they had been there since 8:30 this morning. I said, no they were not, no one wasthere. He kept insisting that they were there at 8:30 this morning and had been there ever since. I told him I don't need thepizza anymore it's already too late and whoever was supposed to be there at 8:30 wasn't there. Sadly, I had heard about thishappening to other people.
