I hope this is the right one. I stopped at this dunkin on my ride home. 3 hours left with 2 dogs. A young male was working. I... never caught his name but I hope he will see this. We order at least once a week through the mobile app and without fail 50% of our orders are wrong in some way and we don't... realize until we are too far away to return. Example: today we ordered two bacon egg and cheese on toasted bagels and got twobagels-not toasted- with cream cheese (which is almost half the price so I'm paying for something I don't even get half thetime). Staff needs to pay better attention to orders but they are too busy chatting about their weekend. Read more
