I worked in a Deli in Florida and the meat they're using here isn't sliced to order for sandwiches. Got old, foul tasting turkey... on my grinder earlier today. I wouldn't recommend their sandwiches. Stick to other offerings. Also odd to have some people inthat department just standing around doing nothing. EDIT: To the owner or whomever who wrote a snarky response and then deletedit, no I don't want a job here. I own and operate my own company. All I was hoping for was a sandwich with fresh meat. Not old.Not smelly. If its too much to ask your staff to check the meat daily and scan out the out-of-date product (shrink), then Iapologize. I didn't realize asking for a fresh turkey and mayo sub in a "specialty gourmet shop" was such a big ask. Read more

first time coming her because I was looking forward on the pastries ?????. but i was very disappointed when i was givin awful... customer service & i wouldn?t want to mention her name because that not it.. i was attended by a first lady and then anothercame and ask if i needed anything i said yea and before i even ask her what i wanted, she cuts me off and ask ?if im being helpalready.. and i said yea that lady.. and says ok next ?????. ok w.e so after she attends 2 customers after me, she comes to meagain and proceeds to ask me is there anything else u need? ummm excuse me.. didn?t u just..??? anyway i tell her what i wantand hands me a drink that was put on the counter? i knew it wasn?t mine but i didn?t make it a big deal till i sipped my noneHot chocolate idk wth that was 1/2 mile down the road ? i ended up coming back for my exchanged drink for my hot chocolate? thesame girl that gave me bad service made me my hot chocolate? i did not like it at all, she used waaayy to much cacao powder myhot chocolate was so dark? i had to throw it out ?????.. i don?t even think there was milk in it? i give it a star for the cutedelicious pastries? ????
